If you haven’t figured it out by now, I am somewhat obsessed with reading up on health and fitness. There are so many great blogs out there with a lot of good advice.
I recently signed up for a webinar from Dr. Axe and Cynthia Pasquella which was called “How to Have All-Day Energy, Transform Your Health, and FINALLY Feel Good in Your Own Body Again!“
The webinar was amazing as it was filled with a lot of great advice on how to stay away from unprocessed foods and artificial products. Doing this can improve our health in so many ways.
They also made a great cookbook which includes recipes that are made with good for you ingredients. I plan to try out many of these recipes and I think it is great that they want to spread the word and have others join in.
Do I plan to follow this 100%? Probably not, although I do plan to incorporate it my life as much as I can. I know that eating this way definitely makes me feel better and more energized. This cookbook is the perfect way to start.
The good news is, the cookbook is free! At least for now, they do plan to put it on a sale at some point, but for the time being it is free and I think you will love the recipes they have.
